Six projects created by students of EAE Barcelona have been chosen for the EAE Propeller incubation program
Six entrepreneurial projects developed by students of EAE Business School Barcelona have been selected to take part in the EAE Propeller incubation program, on which the teams behind the projects get support to consolidate and validate their business concept through Lean Startup and experimentation techniques.
Each of the projects will present its sales pitch at 4YFN, the biggest startup event organized by the Mobile World Congress (MWC).
CYRCLE
Cyrcle makes the delivery of online orders more efficient and sustainable by removing single-use packaging from the equation. It promotes a circular economy approach using reusable shipping solutions. The initiative is headed by two students on the Master in International Business, Robyn Leann Jost and Robin Höglinger.
TURTLE
Turtle helps company exports to boost sales of products remotely and reduce international returns. This project is masterminded by Felipe Costa, a graduate of the Master in International Business.
THE RENAI
MBA student Lupe Guerra will incubate The Renai, a virtual fashion platform that uses applied technologies to offer a personalized design experience and a marketplace for buying and selling fabrics for emerging designers.
TRIBALFY
Tribalfy is an SaaS that uses the data available to measure each employee’s engagement with the company and predict the likelihood that any of these employees will leave the company in the short term. The project was designed by Javier Sidders, a student on the Master in Big Data and Analytics.
TIME TO DIAL
A pair of students on the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Nicolás Londoño Pinzón and Julio César Gamboa Manzaba, have launched Time to Dial, an IT solution for monitoring staff entry and leaving times using smartphone devices and/or telephone calls. Designed for companies or teams working remotely or travelling withing varying timetables, the solution facilitates staff management, minimizing absenteeism and optimizing work times.
PILA
This incubated project is designed for cycling enthusiasts, with a marketplace offering the safe rental of material in order to make a purchase decision based on real sensations, thereby optimizing the cyclists investment in terms of both money and time. Moreover, it minimizes the risk of error and injury, as well as exponentially boost the cyclist’s happiness with the bicycle. The initiative is headed by Carlota Dueñas, Marina Conejero and Iván Arias, students on the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Leadership and Coaching.
