Program Objectives

The objective of the Master in Human Resources is to train professionals who are equipped to:

  • Design and implement talent management strategies, aligning the Human Resources policies with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Promote sustainability and social responsibility, implementing ESG (environmental, social and governance) in people-related decisions.

Who is the program designed for program?

To access the Master in Human Resources, candidates must have a university qualification in one of the following areas:

  • Social Sciences 
  • Architecture
  • Engineering

Students with previous qualifications in Economics or Business are exempt from taking supplementary training courses. All other profiles must complete the courses on:

  • Business Management and Digital Transformation (6 ECTS).
