Quality Management System
At EAE Business School Barcelona, our Quality Management System (QMS), certified under ISO 9001:2015, promotes high standards in all our processes. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we conduct regular and comprehensive reviews of our QMS to ensure that each activity contributes to our main objective: to offer quality training that meets the expectations of our students and other stakeholders.
Our comprehensive approach to quality reflects our commitment to transparency and the development of leaders prepared to meet the challenges of the future. As W. Edwards Deming noted, “Quality is not a destination, but a constant journey of improvement.” Inspired by this vision, we work every day to perfect our processes and offer an enriching educational experience
Integrated Quality Manual
The Integrated Quality Manual is the main document governing the Integrated Quality Management System (QMS). The Manual shows the design of the QMS, which integrates the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2025 standard (Quality Management System), the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standard (Environmental Management System) and the indications of the IQAS Certification program of the Agència per a la Qualitat Universitària de Catalunya (Internal Quality Assurance System - IQAS).
The Manual establishes the scope of this Integrated Quality Management System and how the different standards mentioned are integrated.

EAE Business School Barcelona is a national and international benchmark in higher education, firmly committed to quality, continuous improvement, environmental sustainability, and accountability to its stakeholders.
Our strong commitment to quality and environmental protection drives us to constantly improve in all areas of the School's operations, considering the demands and satisfaction of the educational community, as well as the evolving training needs of the society we are part of, to promote progress, well-being, and sustainability.

- Ensuring the periodic review and update of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, including the Internal Quality Assurance System of the University Center.

The Process Map of EAE Business School Barcelona has been designed taking into account three types of processes: strategic, support and key. In total there are twelve processes designed to ensure the quality of the training programs, the analysis of the results of the system and the continuous improvement of both this and all the processes that make it up.

EAE ANNUAL REPORT
Every year, EAE publishes an Annual Report that gives an overview of the key developments and events that have happened at EAE Business School. This report not only shows data related to EAE’s academic activity, but also the School’s key achievements over the last twelve months, the activities organized, the research conducted, our students’ employability and even a chance to get to know some of the faculty members.
