Vía tres modalidades: Company Meeting, cuando se presenta una empresa en EAE; Company Approach, cuando son los alumnos de EAE los que van a la empresa; o Meet the Headhunter, un encuentro con expertos en tendencias y consultorías de RRHH;
Job Club
Reuniones grupales que sirven como vía de networking y donde se ofrece un contacto más próximo con los diferentes career advisors especializados por área de conocimiento;
Eventos
Como la Talent EAE, la feria de empleo y networking que cuenta con más de 80 empresas invitadas para que te des a conocer y hagas match; la Jornada de Empleabilidad, una jornada inspiracional para resolver inquietudes y motivarte a descubrir tu propósito; o los Challenge para retarte en un Hackathon o ponerte a prueba en un macroevento con una gran empresa a la cabeza y mesas redondas con headhunters.
Recruitment y Accountability
We establish collaboration agreements with companies, whether it’s through employment or internships, with job dating sessions to match companies with students. Our goal is to find excellent students for excellent companies — and vice versa. And because we value the student's self-responsibility within the service and support we provide, we also reward and recognize the most outstanding students by awarding a Professional Development Certification by Talent For Impact Center.
