Incubator: Startup Lab
At the Startup Lab, we journey alongside you through two carefully crafted phases aimed at turning your vision into a successful and validated startup. From the moment you join, you'll take the first steps in developing your idea with the support of a team of experts dedicated to your success. This program focuses on conceptualizing your business idea and developing a viable project while strengthening your entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills. The complete incubation program spans 12 months, split into two annual calls. Throughout this period, enrolled projects and ideas will have access to an extensive array of resources and support:
- Six workshops
- Mentorship
- Practice pitching rounds
- Expert-led sessions
- Weekly reviews based on deliverables
The incubator welcomes diverse participants, including current students, alumni, and external startups. This mix enriches the collaborative atmosphere, fostering the exchange of ideas and experiences across various sectors and different levels of business expertise.
Fases
Pre-incubator
In this initial phase, we help develop entrepreneurial talent and push a first business idea towards a project model. We foster creativity and opportunity identification, with the support of mentors and educational resources. The goal is to lay the foundation for a solid and viable venture.
Incubator
In this phase, solid business plans are formulated, considering financial, strategic, and operational aspects. The generation of unique and competitive solutions is stimulated. You learn to manage risks, adapt to a dynamic environment, and make strategic decisions. Additionally, continuous support and advanced resources are provided to ensure the project's success.
Accelerator
In this phase of the accelerator, entrepreneurs receive close and personalized support from expert mentors, participate in practical workshops, and access a valuable network of contacts, including investors. Additionally, they have inspiring workspaces and advanced technological tools. Our goal is to accompany you professionally so you can transform your ideas into sustainable and successful businesses.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Hub
Located in the iconic Palau de Mar, Pier01 is far more than an old 19th-century port warehouse. Today, it serves as the beating heart of innovation in Barcelona and as the primary headquarters for Tech Barcelona.
