1.490 international students start the new academic year at EAE Barcelona
As the new academic year gets under way, EAE Barcelona has welcomed a total of 1,490 students, 30% of whom come from Europe and 55% from Latin and Central America. New arrivals from the rest of the world account for 11%, including students from the United Kingdom, China, Bangladesh, India, Russia, Morocco, the United Sates, Egypt and Lebanon.
“At EAE Business School Barcelona, we celebrate and embrace the spirit of change. It is part of who we are and our commitment to equip all the students with the best tools to become the leaders who will drive the transformations required to adapt to their environments”, explained the Dean of EAE Barcelona, Enric Ordeix, to the students during the welcome event for EAE Business School Barcelona held at the National Theatre of Catalonia (TNC).
Among the new developments this academic year, EAE Business School Barcelona las launched three new Master programs designed to adapt to the new needs and interests of the market and the new profiles required by companies: the Master in Management STEM; International MBA; and the Advanced Management Program in Coaching.
PART-TIME FLEXIBLE AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
Another new development this academic year is the Part-Time Flexible format for professionals currently working in the field who want to reinvent themselves, strengthen their skills and broaden their horizons. The intensive periods of the Part-Time Flexible programs enable participants to optimize their time and combine their studies with their professional and personal lives. The format blends on-campus classes with the option of connecting in real time to some sessions. They are 100% in-person programs, but with the flexibility of attending remotely in real time (live) if needed.
Our Executive Masters have included a cross-cutting module on strategic leadership, transformation and business change to enhance the participants’ employability and executive skills, adapting their professional profiles to incorporate the competencies in the highest demand in the employment market.
In this new academic year, networking has become an even more central feature with the introduction of a new cross-profile module in which students learn alongside classmates from other Masters. The diversity of profiles enables the participants to expand their network of multidisciplinary professional contacts and build bonds beyond the limits of their own Master.
