More than 50 multinationals among the 100 companies coming to boost innovation and talent at EAE Business School Barcelona’s Talent Week
- On 17th April, at the Fundació Museu Antoni Tàpies, EAE Business School Barcelona will bring together around 100 companies looking for talent among the School’s students.
- Companies such as SAP, Sony, GB Foods (Gallina Blanca), Perfetti Van Melle (Chupa Chups), Danone, Grupo Mondelez, COTY, Revlon, Adidas, BIC, PwC, TOUS, Swarovski, Vueling, Nissan, Banc Sabadell, Astrazeneca, Bayer and many more will be taking part in this edition.
- Over the course of the week of 15th April, EAE Business School Barcelona will run a range of initiatives related to talent.
- The Co-Director of Primavera Sound, Chief People Officer of PdPaola and Marketing Director of the 37th Louis Vuitton America’s Cup will take part in the different sessions.
EAE Business School Barcelona, which belongs to Planeta Formación y Universidades, will hold its annual event to boost employability, Talent Week 2024. Over the course of a week, from 15th to 19th April, the event will include a range of initiatives related to talent and innovation, such as round tables, conferences, a live recording of the Business Matters podcast and meetings with professionals in the sector.
Around 100 companies, including 50 multinationals, such as SAP, Sony, GB Foods (Gallina Blanca), Perfetti Van Melle (Chupa Chups), Danone, Grupo Mondelez, COTY, Revlon, BIC, PwC, TOUS, Swarovski, Adidas, Vueling, Nissan, Banc Sabadell, Bayer, and Astrazeneca, to name just a few, will take part in this edition, on 17th April, at the Fundació Museu Antoni Tàpies, which is celebrating the artist’s centenary this year. The participating companies are all looking for the best professional profiles among the students of EAE Business School Barcelona.
Over the course of the day, leading professionals will be giving inspirational speeches on the key aspects that define the event: sustainability, innovation, talent and Barcelona, including the Co-Primavera Sound, Alfonso Lanza; the Chief People Officer of PdPaola, Cristina García; the Marketing Director of the 37th Louis Vuitton America’s Cup, Carlota Artigas; the Director of Human Resources at GBFoods (Gallina Blanca), Diana Arias, as well as the Talent Manager for Spain at the company, Blanca García; the Project Manager at MWC, Marc Soldevila; and the Talent Specialist at Raventós Codorniu, Paula Curto.
The Fundació Antoni Tàpies will also host the live recording of the Business Matters podcast with the Director of the Professional Impact Unit, Anna Boixader, and Isabel Salas, the Director of Human Resources and Communication at Gebro Pharma.

Talent Week is one of the key events for showcasing all of this”, explains the Director of the Professional Impact Unit, Anna Boixader.
OTHER EMPLOYABILITY ACTIVITIES
Over the course of the week, the School will be running other initiatives related to employability such as the Talent Talk, Talent Management Challenges, which will be moderated by the Director of the Master in HR at EAE Business School Barcelona, Maite Moreno, with the participation of Virgili Callizo, the Head of Strategy and People Projects at Cellnex; Cristina Robledillo, the Global Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Diversity Director at Mango; Javier Arróniz, the Director of Human Resources at Grupo Planeta and Marta de Llauder, the CEO of Talent Point.
The Professional Impact Unit (PIU) will also run workshops to boost employability, improve personal branding and attract potential customers to the business through LinkedIn, as well as presenting the students’ success stories.
The Professional Impact Unit is a team of professionals specializing in the professional development of the students of EAE Barcelona. This ecosystem takes charge of ensuring that talent finds the optimal channel to develop in order to make an impact on companies and on the world. In the last year, the profiles in the highest demand among companies are those that have taken the Master in Marketing and Commercial Management; the Master in Big Data & Analytics and the Master in Supply Chain Management & Logistics. 87% of undergraduate and Master students at EAE Business School Barcelona have made use of the PIU’s services.
