In the program

Shared learning circles provide a caring and protective space to meet with peers and share difficult situations in the work environment, ask what to do when faced with a dilemma, open our minds - “thinking outside the box” - to discover alternatives that we would never have imagined, or simply to ask questions or reflect.

It is a space to talk, share, reflect, learn and make decisions.

All this is learning together!
