From Professional Impact Unit, we invite you to connect with your most significant experiences and learning from your training period with the program led by Alex Barangé, Coach specialized in Leadership and Personal Growth. 

How the program is articulated: 

Session 1: Your compass
Session focused on exploring the transformation you are undergoing at a personal and competency level during your time at EAE BS Barcelona.
Personal work with resources presented in the session 

Session 2: Your journey 
Session in which we work on tools to turn the experience into our story.

Who gives it: Alex Barange, expert in talent management and accompaniment in personal and professional transformation processes.
